"This wasn't a parody"

all you did was take mario characters and put them into the napoleon dynamite movie. No script changing or anything (even marios name was Pedro). Parodies usually have some type of funny twist or jokes that make it a parody....you just took the napoleon script and animated mario characters... terribly unoriginal.

Also, why did the napoleon voice sound like an 11 year old chain smoker?

Flawless animation
Quirky, fun style

The storyline was lacking, not because of the plot. I know this is just a first episode, but some type of intro to ANYTHING would have made this easier to watch. I really do love the character design by the way, almost like the elephant man with some type of nerve disease haha.

If I were you I would consider scrapping the eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeheeeeee! Not only is it slightly annoying but it Reminds me WAAAY to much of the Jackoffasaur from southpark.

Overall great work.

"I don't belive this deserves a 4.3"

You had extremly good graphics and style. Other than that, this hardley is a C- animation. This is more like a slide show of pictures. If you animated the scenes, I would say...yes this deserves a 5. The story made no sense. You should've given some backing or setting of why this shadow wants the brother, or who this girl is. It kind of just jumps into it. All in all, good graphics and style...just make it an animation rather than a poem with pictures.

haha that was so fantastic. I don't understand why this has not received higher than a 4 yet. I can actually see her doing that, thats the funny thing. Very nice job. I don't think there was any slow parts to it whatsoever. This reminds me of Old school newgrounds. I Love it
